Youth Assoiciation

Youth Association: We have an organized youth body in our parish. It consists of President, Vice-president, Gen.Secretary, Treasurer, and other office bearers. They play an important role in the well governance of our parish. On special days like International Women’s Day, Mothers Day and St. Monica’s feast day the youth of our parish takes the lead in facilitating the mothers to mark those occasions. They also go for outreach programmes like visiting the families and villages, social work in the parish, volunteer works during parish functions etc. To motivate them the parish gives them opportunity to participate in the renewal programmes, seminars and youth conventions. Within the parish animation programmes are also organized inviting resource persons from outside. To mark the occasion of the parish youth day, special Mass is offered and the youth are also given a platform to utilize their own talents of singing, dancing, bible declamation and quiz competition and winners are awarded with prizes.
